AND THE BEST PART IS
You won't have any assessments - monthly or yearly - - NO assessments at all. The rentals to non-members pay for all the taxes, insurance, property maintenance, and management

Just plan your vacation and schedule your time on-line choosing one of your houses and your boats. . . .

IS THERE A CATCH??
Absolutely not,
The only catch is the FISH you put in your boat!

The ONLY time you will pay anything extra is when you visit.
. . . There is a maintenance fee of $30 per night.
THAT'S RIGHT. Your cost whenever you stay at one of the homes is $30 per night. Period - - that's not per person, but rather PER ENTIRE FAMILY.

WHAT ABOUT USING THE BOATS?
Just top off the gas when you are done. It's the same as anything else you use.

If you use up the salt or mustard, or anything else in the house, just replace it when you leave.
