I’m Jo Ann Cook, the Broker for Marathon Vacation.com Real Estate and I’d like to take just a moment to introduce myself. I spent my early years growing up on the rocky coast of Maine. In 1999, when I got my first real estate license in Maine it came naturally selling waterfront property. I have lived in the Keys since 2001 and have owned and manage several Vacation Rental properties and have been in the top 10% of sales agents in the Middle Keys. By always striving to stay up to date on the new and upcoming issues affecting the local real estate market, I earned the National Association of Realtors designation of AHWD (At Home With Diversity).  I also hold the E-Pro designation.

One of my favorite things to do is navigate my clients to view property by land, sea or by air. Our company has a boat and two Cessna airplanes - and I captain them all.  If you are into diving or fishing I will share a few of my special spots with you and maybe even a lobster hole or two.
