The POOL area is landscaped with mature tropical foliage for privacy. Just .8 miles to the nicest beach in the Middle Keys. The beach has bath houses, playground, walking paths and snorkel area. Under cover parking and plenty of room for a boat trailer. Bait freezer to store your catch. Everything is provided for you (linens, towels, kitchen ware, etc.) Not many rentals this nice in the Keys! The fishing in the evening is best from the dock for snapper and tarpon. The home is in close proximity to all amenities including grocery stores, bait and tackle shops, movie theater, casual and fine dining. The are snorkel and fishing charter boats nearby that run several trips a day offshore and to the reef. Bicycles and kayaks are also available locally for rental.

$500.00 security deposit required and balance due in full 30 days prior to check in. Security deposit will be refunded within (3) days of

check out inspection.
